Vouchers Raise Graduation Rates
Students who attended private schools through the Opportunity Scholarship Program (OSP) in the District of Columbia were more likely — by 21 percentage points — to receive a high school diploma than a control group that did not take part in the program, according to a congressionally funded study released today by the U.S. Department of Education.
